Just wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the care and compassion you showed mum. At such a difficult time, you helped us feel assured that mum was looked after and had care with genuine human connection. Even as her mind started to go, she used to as about "the girls" and looked forward to seeing you all. My family and I couldn't be more grateful for how much you helped. You lot are a bunch of angels.

Wishing you so many thankyous for looking after our mother. I am missing her terribly but we had a lot of together this last year. So much care came from you and your team whilst she was at home and she really appreciated all that you did. Please pass on my thanks to the girls that came and cared for her.
To all the carers who have been so kind and caring to mum we offer our heartfelt thanks to you all. You have all been great and we couldn't have managed without you. A special thanks to aren for her good advice and helping us along in these last difficult few weeks.​

​The girls are very hard working always with a smile as soon as they walk in into my mother's and make you happy because Mum feels relaxed and understands her needs.
They always help us and offer good advice to make Mum's life a little easier for her and us too whether she feels unwell and it’s true they are always there because they care for my mum and us too.
My brother and I are happy with the service you give to my mum you treat her with respect and kindness too and to the family what more could we ask for so special thanks to four staff members in particular for your care to our mum she is so happy with you ladies.
She always looks forward to seeing you and that speaks for itself.
We like to express our heartfelt thanks to all of you for the dedicated, kind and compassionate care you made sure our mum always received. Mum often talked fondly about the girls, & how the visits brightened her day. We know that the relationships she built throughout the years meant a lot to her. Without the support of your team, mum would not have been able to lead the independent life at home that she was always so determined to have.

Words cannot describe how a grateful I am to you all. Your good care and attention is the reason that my father was able to live for 3 1/2 years bed bound at home. I was so glad that I was able to keep my promise of keeping him at home. Despite all his ailments he never complained and looked forward to the cheery faces of the carer coming in 3 times a day. The staff always lifted his spirits despite a very difficult situation and the inevitable conclusion. The continuity of carers became important to my mum, especially with her Alzheimer's. I know that many of your staff went above and beyond their remit often and for the extra touch I am so grateful.
